Delivery across the UK, Ireland and Europe

We deliver and install wellness and recovery equipment to gyms, spas, clinics, recovery studios and private homes across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Lead times

Lead times depend on the product, configuration and your site readiness, and will be confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation. Typical lead time: [estimated lead time]. Detail to be confirmed by the client / legal review.

Site survey and requirements

For larger equipment we may carry out or request a site survey to confirm access, power, ventilation, floor loading and space. Meeting the agreed site requirements before the installation date helps avoid delays.

  • Suitable access route for delivery
  • Correct power supply
  • Adequate floor space and room height
  • A clear, prepared installation area

Installation and commissioning

Our team handles delivery, positioning, installation and commissioning so your equipment is ready to use. Installation scope is set out in your order confirmation.

Training

Staff training is included with installation so your team can operate the equipment safely and confidently from day one.

A partnership, not a one-time sale

Every Optimal Health installation is backed by an ongoing service relationship rather than a single transaction. Your equipment is delivered, certified and maintained for the life of the installation, with preventative maintenance and statutory compliance built in.

Our engineering and servicing partner: WH Scott & Son

We deliver, install and maintain our equipment in partnership with WH Scott & Son Engineers - one of the longest-established engineering firms in Ireland and the UK. Founded in Belfast in 1897 by William Hill Scott and his son, the company built its early reputation in boilers, pressure vessels and lifting equipment, including inspection work on the Arrol Gantry used to construct the RMS Titanic.

Today WH Scott is a broad engineering-services group operating multiple depots across the UK and Ireland, with capabilities spanning fabrication, inspection and lifting. It has grown through a series of acquisitions and, since 2023, is backed by private-equity firm Renatus Capital Partners - a stable, well-resourced partner to stand behind your installation.

What WH Scott brings to every installation

  • Statutory inspection and compliance
  • Engineering inspection and testing
  • Design, fabrication and installation
  • Lifting and material-handling expertise
  • Asset management and preventative maintenance

It means your investment is safe, certified and properly maintained - giving you and your clients complete confidence in the equipment.
