Products and quotations

Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated as products evolve. Prices are available on application. A quotation is an invitation to proceed and does not form a binding contract until we confirm your order in writing.

Orders and contracts

A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. Payment terms, deposits and schedules will be set out in your quotation or order confirmation.

Installation, training and support

Where included, delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and ongoing support are provided in line with the scope set out in your order confirmation. Site requirements (such as power, access and space) are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out in the contract for the relevant supply. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
